We want you to love our seasoning blends. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

Eligibility: Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items: Opened or partially used seasoning blends cannot be returned for food safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@worldseasonings.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Ship the unopened item(s) back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@worldseasonings.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including shipping.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed. Contact us at hello@worldseasonings.com to request a cancellation.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Gift Orders

If you received a World Seasonings product as a gift and would like to return it, contact us and we will issue a store credit for the value of the item.
