Smoked Mushrooms

Skewered baby bella mushrooms smoked low and slow on the grill for deep, savory flavor.

Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 45 mins | Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1½ tsp Smokin' Chipotle (or any blend)
  • 1 box baby bella or cremini mushrooms
  • 2-3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 10-15 skewers

Directions

  1. Get your smoker going, or set up a grill with coals on one side for indirect heat. Soak skewers in water.
  2. Wash mushrooms thoroughly to remove all dirt.
  3. Skewer mushrooms 4-5 per stick with ½" of space between each.
  4. Brush with olive oil to coat completely, then sprinkle with seasoning.
  5. Smoke over indirect heat for about 45 minutes until tender.

Tips

  • If you only have a grill, place mushrooms on the side without coals for indirect smoking.
Tip: This recipe features Smokin' Chipotle, but feel free to experiment with any of our 8 seasoning blends for your own twist.
